Presentation Overview:
Big Data, Cloud, Mobile, Social and the Internet of Things are five disruptive technologies poised to change every company, both large and small. All of these technologies produce large amounts of new data. Data Governance, at present, serves primarily as a tactical solution to data management problems, rather than a strategic solution.

As we proceed with the implementation of these technologies within our enterprises, Data Governance must step up to take a larger and more strategic role in the enterprise if we are to manage all our data (both old and new) as a true corporate asset.

At this ALN Leadership Breakfast, Michael Miller will share his views on operating with an enhanced perspective of the enterprise to make data governance more sustainable over the long term and provide greater business value. Learn how you can prepare your organization for these pending disruptions by thinking more holistically about your data governance strategy.
