In today’s fast-paced environment with consumer demands changing based on a tweet and product availability changing based on a snowstorm, additional flexibility and agility in your supply chain is more important than ever. Network optimization exercises that are only done once every 2 or 3 years leave business exposed, unable to respond to ever-changing consumer demands, and can miss critical cost savings measures.
Leveraging analytics, the experts at HAVI Global Solutions (HGS) developed an innovative approach to network optimization that meets critical business needs by managing project costs and risks for customers while guaranteeing best in class results.

About the Speakers:
Pan Chen is a Senior Director in the Analytics & Supply Chain Services division. Pan has 15+ years of Analytics experience over multiple industry sectors, including Food, CPG, Financial Services, Automotive Industries and Management Consulting. At HAVI Global Solutions Pan is leading the Supply Chain Analytics practice, responsible for end-to-end supply chain visibility and optimization, integration between supply chain and marketing, as well as other innovation opportunities in supply chain related areas. Pan holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University, and a double B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Victoria in Canada.
Lisa Pell is a Senior Manager in the Analytics & Supply Chain Services division and has 20 years of supply chain and marketing analytics experience across multiple companies and industries. Lisa is currently leading the Network Innovation group at HAVI Global Solutions which focuses on bringing new optimization and analytic solutions to HGS clients. Lisa has a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Applied Statistics both from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
